Special folds and ribbing of the head ensure suitable bearing capacity.

 

The reduced thickness of the head does not require any special milling and allows for proper grip on the pizza.

 

The handle is made of lightened aluminum, ribbed for strength. The oval tubing promotes stability and prevents rotation.

 

The head/handle joint is secured by three rivets to ensure lasting immovability.
