From 18 to 22 January 2025 another edition of SIGEP will be held, the International Trade Show of Artisan Gelato, Pastry, Bakery and the Coffee World, at the Rimini Exhibition Centre. The event, complete this year with a pavilion entirely dedicated to pizza, is now a highly anticipated rendezvous, landmark and inspiration for the Foodservice community at an international level.

As usual, Gi.Metal will take part in SIGEP to showcase its professional pizza tools, forge new relationships and develop business opportunities. Attending an event of such calibre is also a valuable opportunity to listen first-hand to the needs of those who work in the pizza industry on a daily basis and to understand market directions.

In this edition of the exhibition, even more than in previous editions, the pizza world will play a special role and will be particularly showcased. In fact, an entire Hall will be dedicated to the pizzeria sector with the aim of exploring technologies, equipment and raw materials of the most loved Italian food in the world. Visitors and professionals alike will therefore have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the latest innovations in terms of preparation as well as tools.

During the event, the 'Pizza Senza Frontiere - World Pizza Champion Games' championship organised by Ristorazione Italiana Magazine will also take place in the Pizza Arena. Here, the World Champions will compete in the preparation of the perfect pizza. Gi.Metal will in turn take up the challenge as technical sponsor of the championship, and will supply the competing pizza chefs with high-quality peels, small peels and tools.

The big new product that Gi.Metal will present at this year's Sigep will be new RedBox: the self-heating box designed to keep pizzas as crispy and hot as freshly baked, now with many new features compared to the previous version. RedBox will have a dedicated area at the Gi.Metal stand, and it will also be possible to see it in action in the area around the Championship, where an ad hoc information space will be set up. Gi.Metal is looking forward to presenting RedBox and all its innovations to the Sigep audience, offering an unmissable opportunity to discover the future of pizza transport.
