With great satisfaction, we announce that Gi.Metal has become a Supporting Member of the Pollenzo University of Gastronomic Sciences. Through this partnership, our company will actively participate in the life of the university, supporting teaching and research activities. The affiliation will thus allow Gi.Metal to enter an academic context of excellence in the food sector and be in contact with the prestigious companies in the network.

To seal this new adventure, our company participated in the university's anniversary celebrations on 30 May. The University of Gastronomic Sciences, in fact, was founded in 2004 thanks to the Slow Food association, in collaboration with the Piedmont and Emilia-Romagna regions.

The university, which has quickly become a leading name in gastronomy education , aims to train the gastronomes of tomorrow. New and up-to-date professionals with interdisciplinary knowledge and skills in the field of food.
