PURCHASING
If I need some suggestions on how to choose the most suitable tools for my needs, how shall I do?
We suggest you to consult the section "Pizza peels" where you can find explanations on the elements to consider before choosing a pizza peel.
Moreover, you can also visit the section "Products" where the features of each line of the pizza peels and the rest of the tools from the Gi.Metal range are explained.

If a product is not available, how shall I know when it will be back in stock?
You can add your email address to "Let me know when back in stock", when the product wil be back in stock and available for purchasing, you'll get a notification via email.

To place an order, shall I respect a minimum amount?
The minimum order amount is 100€ + vat

Are the prices vat included?
The prices displayed in the product sheet are net, vat not included. The tax will be calculated at the order summary.

What are the payment methods at my disposal?
You can pay via credit card, PayPal in a safe and quick way. Otherwise, if you can't use the precedent payment methods, you can pay via advanced bank transfer.

To place an order, shall I create an account?
Yes, to proceed to the order confirmation, you'll have to create an account, indicating a user name and password. We suggest you to save these data so that you can use them again for future orders.

 

SHIPPING
How much is the shipping?
Shipping depends on the country of delivery and the total amount of the order. The transport costs are indicated and calculated in the purchase procedure before placing the order and are contained in the web page summarizing the order placed.

After completing the order, what are the times for receiving my order?
The shipment of the goods will be made within 7 working days from the date of the order confirmation and only after receipt of the balance due.
For customized goods, the delivery date will be communicated on a case-by-case basis, as well as for any order that requires, due to its characteristics, a longer time to be processed.
The times may vary depending on the holidays of the Italian calendar or company closure periods, always appropriately communicated.
Gi.Metal will communicate any impossibility to fulfill a partial or total order due to the unavailability of the products.

In which days do you ship and with which courier?
Shipments are made daily from Monday to Friday. All orders received on Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting from Monday morning in order of arrival. The courier who normally makes deliveries is Bartolini for Italy and DHL for abroad, during office hours; in exceptional cases and based on the actual volumes of the shipment, the company can reserve the right to rely on couriers other than those indicated above.

Can I decide to have my package delivered to an address or country other than the billing one?
During the order confirmation phase, it is possible to indicate a different shipping address than the billing address.

Do you ship all over the world?
Our Online Store ships your orders throughout Europe to EEC member countries.
If your country is not one of those to which we ship, you can still request an ad hoc quote.

How can I have a confirmation of my order?
The order confirmation from the company is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated in your profile.
When you receive the e-mail we confirm you that the payment has been successful, the goods selected in the cart are confirmed.

How do I know the progress of my shipment?
You can request this information by writing on the live chat of the Online Store; it will be sufficient to indicate the order confirmation number received by e-mail.

 

RETURNS - only for private users, no pizzerias
Do I have the possibility to return the order once it has been delivered?
It is possible to return the order within 14 days of receipt of the goods by requesting the return via the appropriate withdrawal form or by sending an e-mail to inform@gimetal.it.
If the returned goods arrive at Gi.Metal in the same conditions in which they were sent, the amount paid will be refunded using the same means of payment used to confirm the order, unless otherwise explicitly requested.
Only the cost of the purchased product will be refunded; any shipping costs or other additional services will not be refunded.
