This fall Gi.Metal is back on TV in one of the most exciting and widely followed competitions among pizza professionals: Master Pizza Champion, the talent show entirely dedicated to the art of quality baking. For this 10th edition, Gi.Metal will also be the official sponsor of the program, alongside I-RedBox for a special episode entirely focused on delivery.

In six episodes packed with technique, tension, and creativity, expert pizza chefs will compete with unique doughs, sophisticated toppings, unexpected challenges, and high-pressure tests. This won't be a simple competition: to win, competitors will have to demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of the world of pizza—from theory to practice, covering all styles, from classic to Neapolitan, all the way to gluten-free versions.

This is where Gi.Metal comes in: each challenge will require participants to use a selection of professional tools, designed to best tackle every situation. The peels will be the true allies of the competition – each designed to meet specific needs based on the dough and baking method.

These include:

WoodTech Peel, a combination of traditional aesthetics and modern function thanks to aluminium.

Napoli Peel, an emblem of tradition and robustness, will be the focus of the episode dedicated to Neapolitan pizza.

Gluten Free Peel, distinguished by its iconic green handle, it will be fundamental in the episode dedicated to special and gluten-free doughs.

There will also be a space dedicated to delivery, an increasingly important aspect for the pizza world. In that episode the contestants will have to face a real delivery simulation, using I-RedBox, our intelligent delivery system that maintains food quality unchanged, providing the data to improve your 100% Made in Italy business.
